HandyVan SMS Customer Care

These terms cover HandyVan customer-service texts operated by Bobby Walker. The program is being registered with our messaging provider; automated texts remain unavailable until registration and routing are approved and tested.
What you can receive
Relevant replies about your service inquiry, quote details, scheduling and service updates, and eligible missed-call follow-up. This is not an unrelated marketing or promotional-text program. Bobby confirms final quotes, availability and bookings; automated intake does not make a booking.
Your choice
Enter your mobile number, check the SMS checkbox only if you want these texts, then press Request My Quote. You can request a quote without SMS permission. We record your choice, phone number, disclosure version, page and time. SMS registration is pending. Your choice will be recorded, but automated texts will not start until approval and testing are complete. Use the quote form or call 321-471-9817 for service now.
You may opt in using the separate, optional, unchecked SMS box in our quote form SMS section. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a quote. A phone number or call alone is not permission for automated texts. If you start a text conversation, we may reply with relevant customer-service information. A prior opt-out remains in effect until separately resolved; texting START does not silently clear our suppression record.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and service. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. HandyVan does not charge an additional subscription fee to receive these customer-service texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to opt out. No further program texts will be sent apart from an opt-out confirmation where supported. Reply HELP for help, call 321-471-9817, or use our website form. Never use this service for emergencies.
Privacy
We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes consent collected for this text program. Messaging providers may process mobile and consent records to operate this program for us. Read our Privacy Policy for information handling and contact choices.
Reviews are separate
Our current review-invitation pilot uses email after confirmed job completion and separately recorded permission. SMS review invitations will not be enabled under this release unless their permitted scope and registration are confirmed.
